Enterprise Deployment Documentation
Deploy Ghostery Tracker & Ad Blocker across your organization using your existing management tools. Complete guides for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Privacy-First Enterprise
Ghostery is a privacy company, and our enterprise offering reflects that. Here's what makes us different:
What Ghostery does: Blocks ads, trackers, and protects employee privacy while browsing. Configuration is deployed once via your existing management tools.
What Ghostery does NOT do:
- No admin dashboard or console — There is no central portal to manage or monitor the extension after deployment.
- No user surveillance — We do not track, log, or report employee browsing activity back to IT administrators.
- No usage analytics — We do not collect data on which sites employees visit or what content they access.
- No phone-home telemetry — The extension does not send browsing data to Ghostery servers.
Ghostery protects your employees from third-party tracking — we would never become the tracker ourselves. Configuration policies are applied locally on each device through standard browser management. Once deployed, the extension works autonomously without any ongoing connection to Ghostery infrastructure.
